Introducing Flow

You already have the screens.
Flow makes them watchable.

Best for how-tos and product workflows. Upload your screenshots or a screen recording. Flow cuts a short cinematic film of that real UI. Your kit (colour, type, captions, music) sits on every frame. No generated screens.

Phone or laptop. A phone recording has no finger. Flow aims a tap. Laptop gets a cursor.

See how it works

A screen recording is hard to follow. Even a short one.
Or a folder of screenshots nobody opens.

Flow keeps the real screens. Short. Cinematic. In your kit.

How it works

How-to from mobile screenshots · Walkthrough from a recording

1. Upload

Screenshots or a screen recording of the real product. A short brief is optional.

2. We name the steps

Flow sorts the screens you gave it, titles each step, and aims the taps.

3. You check

Reorder. Rename. Move the tap. Hide a number. On a paid plan, keep a short stretch of tape if motion matters.

4. Download

A short cinematic film of those same screens. Your kit on the picture. People can finish it.

The kit is the film

Colour, type, captions, transition, music. Set it once on the project. Every new video picks it up. The picture is still your UI. The kit is what makes it look like a film.

Phone

9:16. A tap on the still.

Laptop

16:9. A cursor on the still.

What you set

  • Colour and type on the opener and the captions
  • Captions. Spot puts words on the screenshot. Chapters opens with a title card.
  • Transition from step to step. Words land one by one, iris, deck, or a hard cut.
  • Music under the picture. Or none.
  • Phone or laptop. Tap on phone. Cursor on laptop.

Why it stays short

  • Each step is a still of the real UI. A few seconds. Easy to finish.
  • A phone recording has no finger. Flow aims the tap. Laptop gets a cursor. People can follow without a voice.
  • Need typing or motion? On a paid plan, turn one step into a short clip. Ten seconds. Forward only.
  • Change the kit later. Films you already rendered stay as they are.

What you can make

Best for how-tos and product workflows. Same kit. Same short cinematic cut. Flow does not invent the product.

Click-by-click how-tos

Drop the screens. We put them in order and mark the tap. You fix anything we miss.

Product flows

A recording of the real path. We pull the screens, name the chapters, and aim the taps.

Onboarding

First-run screens, already on the film. Same UI your user will see.

Work flows

Internal tools, dashboards, the path your team actually takes. Still your screens.

Typing and motion

Steps start as screenshots. On a paid plan, turn one into a short clip if typing or an animation matters. Ten seconds, forward only.

A film people finish

Named steps. Aimed taps. Your kit on the picture. Short enough to watch.

Honest details

The film is your UI

Screenshots you took, or stills pulled from your recording. Flow does not generate product screens.

Stills first

After analyze, every step is a screenshot. On a paid plan, tape is opt-in, at most 10 seconds, and only moves forward.

Hide a number or a code

Draw a box. The film blurs that spot. Same box on tape, not tracked.

Kit is for new videos

Change the project look later. Films you already rendered stay as they are.

Questions

What is Flow best for?
How-tos and product workflows. Click-by-click paths through the real UI. Not a voiced demo, and not a generated product shot.
Does Flow generate the product UI?
No. You upload screenshots or a recording of the real product. Flow sorts those screens, names the steps, and brands the cut. If a screen was not in the upload, it will not be in the film.
Screenshots or a recording?
Either. Screenshots are best for click-by-click how-tos. A recording is better when typing or motion matters. Free films from a recording stay as screenshots. Paid plans can turn a step into video.
Can I edit the steps?
Yes. Reorder, rename, move the tap, hide a box, or pick another still from the recording. On a paid plan you can also show a step as a short video. Then render.
Phone and laptop?
Yes. Phone is 9:16 with a tap. Laptop is 16:9 with a cursor. Pick the format on the project or on each video. A phone recording usually has no finger. Flow marks the tap so people can follow.
Do I need an account?
Yes. Sign up, open Flow, create a project, and upload. Free to start. No credit card for the first go.
What is the kit?
The look of the film. Colour, typeface, captions, step transitions, and music. You set it on the project. New videos inherit it. The screens stay yours.
Do Flow films use minutes?
Screenshot-only films do not. A screen recording deducts its length once, when your steps are ready. Re-render does not charge again. Free includes 1 minute of recording. One-Time includes 5. Growth and Pro share the same minute pool as Narration.

The screens are already done.

One pool, every channel

Free, paid & add-on minutes are spent the same way whether you're in the web UI, calling the MCP from Claude/Cursor, or making demos with DemoMaker. One key, one balance — no separate "API credits" anymore.

A Flow screen recording deducts its length once, when your steps are ready. Screenshot-only films do not use minutes.
