Your available minutes are deducted in two steps: 50% when the transcript is ready, and 50% when the final video is delivered. For example, a 4-minute video deducts 2 minutes at transcript stage and 2 minutes at delivery, totaling 4 minutes from your plan. A Flow recording costs the upload length when the steps are ready, then the finished film length once. A screenshot film costs the finished film length once.

If you reach your plan's minute limit, add minutes or upgrade. Free stops at the included minutes. Pay as you go, Growth, and Pro share one pool across Narration, Dubbing, DemoMaker, and Flow recordings.

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period, and you'll retain access to all features until then.

The free plan includes 5 minutes of processing (one-time trial), 2 Flow films on 1 project, 3 voice cloning attempts, 3 Voice Creator previews, and all core features. Videos are limited to 5 minutes in length, and cloned or created voices cannot be saved.

Video file size limits depend on your plan. Free users can upload videos up to 5 minutes in length. Paid plans support longer videos. Contact support if you need to process exceptionally large files.

Once your video is processed, you'll see a download button in your dashboard. Click it to download your narrated video in high quality. Videos are saved for 30 days (or longer depending on your plan).

NarrateAI works on mobile browsers, but the best experience is on desktop. Video processing and editing features are optimized for desktop use, though you can upload videos from mobile devices.
